Living Planit believes in a customised approach to learning and development. We understand that every organisations' needs, values and budget are unique; so we take the time to understand each client’s situation prior to recommending a solution. In doing so, we are better able to provide a quality, tailored solution that is fit for purpose and offers maximum value for money.

We have identified three key areas for developing organisational capability. Some clients only require development in one or two of these, such as training their staff; while other clients have benefited from investing in all three steps. These clients achieved substantial improvements in project performance and organisational maturity in a sustainable and measurable way.

Know Where You Are

We offer a range of providing a quantitative measure of project management competence. Diagnostic assessments enable individuals and groups to be benchmarked against industry and global standards to identify their strengths as well as areas for improvement.

This means that an individual, group or division is able to assess their level of project management competence and knowledge and be given tailored professional development advice. This provides a very efficient means of development as it enables organisations to target training where it’s needed most; rather than ‘sheep dipping’ participants through unnecessary training.

In addition, organisations are able to measure their project management maturity and capability compared to compared to established industry benchmarks and identify areas for improvement. This diagnostic assessment may be applied to an individual, group, division or to the entire organisation and may be conducted as often as needed to demonstrate changes in maturity levels over time.
